Meet the Partners of Turner Coulston
Keith Turner
I started in the Law in 1966 at the age of 18 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1972. After completing Articles with Curwen Jessop and James (largely in Grays Inn Square, London) I joined Tollers in Kettering for a couple of years before returning to the firm in 1974 to whom I was articled as a full equity partner to open an office for them in Northampton.
I then left that firm in 1979 to start my own firm, initially in the Wellingborough Road Northampton and then in Billing Road Northampton before amalgamating with Leo Coulston & Co in 1993 (to form Turner Coulston).
I have handled a wide variety of legal matters in that time but for the last 20 years or so have handled mainly Commercial and Company matters. I advise on just about anything of a legal nature that affects companies and business including employment, buying, selling and leasing premises, intellectual property and contracts generally, plus appearing regularly as an Advocate in the Employment Tribunals. I also sue and defend companies on a wide variety of matters.
My main "claim to fame" is that I devised the scheme which ultimately became Claims Direct and much of the documentation I created for that company is now in regular use in the Personal Injury market.
